Shipping Policy

SFHK Cold-chain Delivery - Chilled (0 to 4℃)

**Delivery staff only provide the delivery service, if you have any problem regarding the product, please contact Bulbul Teahouse customer service department directly. Delivery staff is not able to arrange the return or replacement for you.**

Customer can choose either:

  1. Door –to-door delivery service
  2. Pick-up service:Only applicable to designed SF business station and SF stores:

 

Door –to-door delivery service area:

Hong Kong Local (Excluding Chek Lap Kok, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts)

SFHK Cold-chain Delivery - Chilled (0 to 4℃) Delivery charge: 

  • Free delivery (one-time) for order over HK$250 on drinks
  • HK$50 will be charged otherwise
  • Our company reserves the right to modify the delivery fees at any time without prior notice.
  • We only deliver to one address per order. If you require delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders

Terms and Conditions:

When using SF’s cold chain services you, as “Receiver”, agree, on your behalf and on behalf of the receiver of the Cold Chain Shipment (“Receiver”) and anyone else with an interest in the Cold Chain Shipment that these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  • Definitions
    • "SF" refers to S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited or its subsidiary, branch, affiliate, agent, or independent contractor, which originally accepts such Cold Chain Shipment.
    • "Our Company" refers to Bulbul Teahouse, Good Lucky Sky Limited or its subsidiary, branch, affiliate, agent, or independent contractor, which originally accepts such Cold Chain Shipment.
    •  “Terms and Conditions refers to these terms and conditions and are subject to change by our company from time to time at its own discretion without prior notification. For the avoidance of doubt, any such change shall become effective and binding upon its publication on the official website of Bulbul Teahouse. 
    •  "Personal Data" means any data relating directly or indirectly to an individual, from which it is possible and practical to ascertain the identity of the individual from the said data, in a form in which access to or processing of the data is practicable.
  • Receiver’s Warranties
    • Customers must provide a valid mobile phone number when placing an order to receive phone or text notifications. All losses resulting from incorrect phone number information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
    • The customer agrees to authorize our company to provide and disclose the Receivers' personal information to SF.
  • SFHK Cold-chain Delivery - Door-to-door delivery
    •  Cold Chain Shipments cannot be delivered to addresses consisting solely of Post Office Boxes (PO boxes) or postal codes or ZIP codes. Cold Chain Shipments will be delivered to the Receiver’s address given by the customer, but it is not necessary to the named Receiver personally. 
    • The customer must provide an accurate and valid delivery address when placing an order. If the address provided by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery issues and the return of the goods, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred, including but not limited to reshipping fees.
  • FHK Cold-chain Delivery - pick-up in SF stores/stations
    • The customer must ensure that the SF pickup location supports cold chain pickup service when filling in the pickup location information. For detailed addresses and information, please refer to the SF Express official website: SF Business Stores and SF Stations.
    • If the customer chooses any SF Store or SF Business Station to receive the Shipment, but for any reason, the customer fails to pick up the Shipment within 2 days (the day when the Shipment arrives at SF Store or SF Business Station shall be counted as a day) after arriving at SF Store or SF Business Station (hereinafter referred to as “SF Store Time Out”), the customer expressly authorize SF to collect (the customer expressly agree to pay) SF Retention Service Fees of HK$10 for every working day (namely Monday to Friday but excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) session thereafter, and one working day will nevertheless be charged as a session even for less than one working day.
    • Customer shall pay all SF Retention Service Fees upon collecting the Shipment.
  •  Deliveries and Undeliverable
    • If the following events occur, SF will use reasonable efforts to return the Cold Chain Shipment to our company at the customer's additional costs: the Receiver refuses delivery of the Cold Chain Shipment; or the Receiver cannot be reasonably identified or located.
    • The time limit for abandoning or disposing of Cold Chain Shipment is: remain at SF Store or SF Business Station for more than 4 calendar days. Our company shall not be held responsible to the customer for any liability after the shipment has been abandoned or disposed。
    • If it is not possible to return the shipment, SF may abandon or dispose the shipment, and our company shall not be responsible to the customer for any liability arising from such abandonment or disposal.
    • Our company and SF are not liable for any loss or damage caused by any events beyond SF’s control, including but not limited to acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by our company or SF, e.g. Receiver, customs, government officials or third party; the application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; Force Majeure - e.g. riots, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, virus or diseases, disruptions or failure of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to SF’s communication and information systems), disruptions of any kind in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, industrial action, electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of electronic or photographic images, data or recordings, and natural disasters including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclone, storm, flood, fog etc. 
  • Severability 
    • The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect any other part of these Terms and Conditions. 
  •  Governing Language 
    • If there are different languages version of this terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
