Return and Refund Policies

Damage and Negligence

  • Please check the product immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will evaluate the negligence and make corrections.
  • If you request a refund/compensation, please take photos of the releated product. We will not provide a refund or compensation for damage that has not been photographed.
  • If the product has already been discarded before we handle the case, we will not accept the complaint and the customer will be deemed to have waived their right to claim.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the final decision of our company

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Subjective feelings of the customer towards the product (including but not limited to: fragrance, size, sweetness, color, taste, texture, flavor, dislike or dissatisfaction).
  • Improper storage or placement of the product by the customer after receipt.
  • For any return matters, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.

Exchange

  • If an exchange is required, please contact us at info@bulbulteahouse.com to find a consensus, otherwise we will not accept the exchange request.
Refund
  • Unless there is reasonable evidence that the product or service has significant quality issues, refunds will not be provided in any circumstances. In case of disputes, our company reserve the right to make the final decision.
